Executed byAnkrom Moisan Architectswith Dave Hurley as Project Architect and Designer this new spa building wraps a core of private treatment rooms in a protective layer of bathing and relaxation spaces carefully arranged to take maximum advantage of its pristine Oregon coast location. Spaces for soaking, steam, sauna, and pure relaxation frame dramatic views while filtering the effects of a fickle marine climate. Natural wood and stone establish a tangible connection to the natural setting while honoring the celebrated architecture of this landmark mid-century resort. 2005
